We’re currently looking for Wire Harness Assemblers to join our growing team and help support the next phase of growth ther you have previous manufacturing experience or are looking to build a long-term career in production, we’re looking for people who are dependable, motivated, and take pride in doing quality work.

When will I start? Where will I be located?

This role is based on-site at our Kansas City, MO facility. Start date is flexible.

Who will I report to?

You will report directly to Production Leadership and work closely with Team Leads and fellow assemblers on the production floor.

Who will report to me?

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

What will I do?

You’ll work hands-on building wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and related products that go directly into equipment used in the field. This role is about learning core manufacturing skills, producing quality work, and building a long-term career within our production organization.

Day to day, you’ll assemble products using work instructions, drawings, hand tools, and production equipment. You’ll learn how to read and follow build documentation, identify quality issues, and ensure assemblies are completed accurately and efficiently.

You’ll work closely with Team Leads and experienced assemblers to build consistency and confidence in your skills while helping the team hit production and quality goals. Attention to detail matters in this role, as the products we build are critical to our customers’ equipment and operations.

You’ll also help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting packaging, labeling, and other production-related activities as needed.

What will I make?

Starting pay typically ranges from $18-$24 per hour depending on experience, with opportunities for advancement and increased earnings as skills develop.

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or skilled trades experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
• Frequent use of hands for repetitive assembly tasks
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Ability to identify colors, small components, and detailed assembly work
