MIG Welder

Webco Manufacturing is seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our precision sheet metal fabrication team in Alto, GA. In this role, you will read blueprints, set up welding equipment, and perform high-quality MIG welding on a variety of metals and assemblies. You will inspect welds for accuracy, follow safety and quality standards, and collaborate closely with fabrication, engineering, and assembly teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on sheet metal and fabricated components to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
• Set up, adjust, and maintain MIG welding equipment and fixtures
• Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace guidelines
• Collaborate with fabrication, engineering, and assembly teams to resolve issues
• Complete rework and repairs as needed to meet customer and quality requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper handling of materials
• Participate in continuous improvement and productivity initiatives
• Document work performed and report equipment or quality issues promptly
