Ōnin Staffing is hiring Production Assembly Team Members in Anderson, Missouri. This position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality products. Monday-Thursday, overtime on Friday as needed 5:00am - 3:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble parts and components according to work instructions
• Use hand and power tools safely and correctly
• Read basic blueprints, diagrams, and production orders
• Measure, align, and fasten components accurately
• Inspect finished products for quality and proper assembly
• Meet daily production and quality expectations
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Assist in other production areas as needed

Skills and Experience:

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Experience using hand and power tools is helpful
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required, with or without reasonable accommodation
