Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated shift General Laborer to join their team. As a shift General Laborer, you will be an essential part of the production support team, contributing to efficient operations and ensuring product quality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and adaptability, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: General Laborer
Location: Palmyra, MO
Pay Range: 16 80
Shift: open
What's the Job?
- Operate one or two machines simultaneously to support production processes
- Ensure products are properly packed or palletized for shipment
- Monitor and maintain the correct functioning of machines during operation
- Cut excess plastic from parts to meet quality standards
- Assemble boxes and lift or stack filled product boxes for shipment
What's Needed?
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Ability to stand for at least 8 hours during shifts
- Willingness to work in a hot environment, especially during summer months
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
