Moulding Line Team Member

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on individual to join our Moulding Line Team. If you enjoy working with your hands, learning new skills, and being part of a hardworking team, this could be a great opportunity for you.

• Learn to optimize lumber and maximize yield from each board
• Assist with setting up moulding tooling and operating moulding equipment
• Support various tasks throughout the entire production line
• Rotate through different work areas as needed
• Maintain quality standards and attention to detail
• Work safely and effectively as part of a team

• Reliable and dependable work ethic
• Willingness to learn and be coached
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to perform hands-on, physical work in a manufacturing environment
• Commitment to producing quality work
• Previous woodworking or manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required
