Door Line Team Member

At Good's Millwork, we manufacture custom wood doors and mouldings for customers across the country. We are a family-oriented company committed to doing quality work, treating people with respect, and honoring God through the way we work together each day.

We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our Door Line team. This position offers an opportunity to learn valuable woodworking and manufacturing skills while working alongside an experienced team in a positive, hands-on environment.

• Learn to optimize lumber and maximize quality and yield from each board
• Glue up wood door components according to production specifications
• Operate woodworking equipment, including shapers, planers, and CNC machines
• Assist with various production tasks throughout the door manufacturing process
• Rotate between workstations as needed to support production goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow quality standards to ensure finished products meet customer expectations

• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Manufacturing, woodworking, or construction experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to safely perform physical work, including standing for extended periods and lifting materials as needed
