Join our dynamic food manufacturing team at Diamond Pet Foods as a Machine Operator specializing as a Palletizer! Opening is for Night Shift with working hours of 4:00 pm - 4:20 am. This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to work with state‑of‑the‑art equipment in a fast/reasonable‑paced, quality and safety‑focused environment. You will be instrumental in monitoring the palletizer, ensuring high‑quality product stacking for storage and shipping.

Duties may also include performing routine maintenance on equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring consistent production standards. $20.00 per hour
Plus $2.50 per hour night shift differential

• Monitor and operate palletizing machinery.
• Perform routine adjustments and changeovers. Specifically, pallet configuration, pallet centering, and wrap tension.
• Responsible for moving full pallets and storing them properly without damaging them.
• Perform routine maintenance on the machinery and troubleshoot minor operating issues.
• Responsible for always keeping pallets and cardboard available to the palletizer.
• Understand and comply with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMP’s, and HACCP.
• Working overtime is MANDATORY and requires full participation.
• Keep work area clean and maintain assigned portion of master sanitation schedule.
• Report all safety violations and hazards to the supervisor immediately and participate in all safety programs and procedures. Must always wear required PPE.
• Other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by the supervisor to be accepted with a positive and professional attitude.

• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment screening (drug screen, background check, and physical.)
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and easily get on and off forklifts.

• Work is primarily performed indoors and outdoors near operating equipment, loud noises, and loose particles.
• Work performed requires employees to operate in all different temperatures and with extended standing time.
• Employees are required to wear a bump cap, hearing protection, safety shoes/boots, and safety glasses at all times.
