Manufacturing Associate

In this role, you willbe responsible for assembling telecommunications enclosures by building box components and installing internal hardware vital to communication systems. You will follow detailed instructions,operatevarioushandand power tools, and contribute to a collaborative production environment where accuracy and dependability are essential.

• Assemble telecommunications enclosures, including building components and installing internal hardware.

• Follow detailed work instructions to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

• Operate hand and power tools efficiently to complete assembly tasks.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support team objectives.

• Handle materials and tools properly, always following safety protocols.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Prior warehouse or assembly experience is advantageous.

• Ability tooperatehand and power tools safely.

• Capable oflifting upto 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand continuously throughout your shift.

• Steel-toed boots are mandatory for safety.

• Weekly pay starting at $15.00-$17.50 per hour, with potential overtime opportunities.

• Multiple shift options to suit your schedule:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM ($15.00/hour)

• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM ($17.50/hour)

• 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM ($17.00/hour, starting Sunday night)

$15.00 to $17.50 per hour
