, Missouri’s award ‑ winning custom build center, is seeking an experienced Lead Painter / Custom Automotive Painter to join our high ‑ performance team. You’ll take the lead on show ‑ quality paint work for custom trucks, cars, Jeeps, and UTVs, delivering flawless finishes that match the craftsmanship our shop is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all paint operations for custom builds and restorations
• Perform bodywork, sanding, priming, masking, and paint prep
• Mix, match, and apply high ‑ quality automotive paints
• Execute custom finishes, multi ‑ stage paint jobs, and specialty coatings
• Inspect completed work to ensure show ‑ quality standards
• Collaborate with fabrication and body teams on project flow
• Maintain paint booth, equipment, and a clean, safe workspace

Qualifications:

• 2+ years professional automotive painting experience
• Strong background in custom paint, multi ‑ stage, and specialty finishes
• Ability to deliver flawless, high ‑ end results
• Experience with bodywork and paint prep
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Pre-employment background checks are required, including MVR, and drug screening.
