We're seeking a Director of Operations for a growing packaging manufacturer. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on operations leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, driving continuous improvement, and making a lasting impact. Working closely with executive leadership, you'll lead a large manufacturing campus and play a key role in scaling the business while improving safety, quality, productivity, and operational performance.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for developing people, creating accountability, and implementing best practices across manufacturing and maintenance. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, supply chain, and leadership to improve execution, increase equipment reliability, and support future growth initiatives.
What We're Looking For- 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Background in packaging, plastics, blown film, extrusion, paper, or related manufacturing
- Experience leading production, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Proven ability to build high-performing teams and drive operational excellence
- Lean Manufacturing, KPI development, and data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree preferred
