We are looking for a machine operator to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. In this position, you will be responsible for operating & adjusting machinery, as well as inspecting completed products. This is an 8-hour shift. Mon-Fri.

• You enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and are comfortable with repetitive tasks that require consistency and focus.
• You can work independently to stay on task, while also collaborating effectively with a team to meet shared production goals.
• You have strong attention to detail and take pride in following processes to ensure safety, quality, and accuracy.

• Work as part of a collaborative and talented production team, partnering with fellow operators to meet quality, safety, and production goals.
• Report directly to the Production Supervisor, with day-to-day support and guidance from a Production Lead to help you succeed in your role.

• Produce high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Set up, operate, adjust, and maintain machinery
  • Produce various styles of vulcanized rubber cups
  • Meet daily production goals consistently & efficiently
• Maintain safety and quality standards
  • Follow all safety and standard operating procedures.
  • Utilize in process inspections and visual observations to maintain a high level of quality
  • Become familiar with ISO, FDA and other applicable regulatory standards.
• Support team and production operations
  • Complete required production documentation and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Support cross-training, and adapt to a regulated or lean manufacturing environment
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes
