Associate, Process Engineer

• Apply technical knowledge to perform tasks and support project goals
• Design, develop, and implement new or revised production processes for efficient mass production
• Arrange manufacturing equipment for optimal layout and sequence production operations
• Specify procedures for tool and equipment fabrication
• Adapt machinery to factory conditions
• Conduct production-stage tests to control variables and troubleshoot production problems
• Provide product design engineering guidance on technical specifications
• Ensure production processes and procedures comply with GxP regulations and SOPs
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation
• Ensure rigorous quality control and complete required training
• Follow procedures with some decision-making authority and contribute to organizational compliance

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
• Alternatively, high school plus 8 years of directly related experience
• Alternatively, associate degree plus 4 years of directly related experience
• Fluent ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Must work onsite
• No relocation assistance or sponsorship assistance

Demonstrates expertise in designing, developing, and implementing production processes while ensuring compliance with GxP regulations and maintaining rigorous quality control. Proficient in troubleshooting production issues and adapting machinery to optimize manufacturing operations.
