Senior Technical Product Lead

Metric Bio are working on an exceptional opportunity with an established, well-funded, Drug Product CDMO as they look to hire a Senior Technical Product Lead.

In this high impact, high visibility role you will drive product and project leadership for a Global CDMO, on-site, in California.

You will have genuine ownership across the product lifecycle, from facility fit and technology transfer through validation, process improvement and commercial manufacturing. As Technical / Senior Technical Product Lead
, you’ll sit within the Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T) function and become a key link between clients, technical teams and manufacturing operations.

• Own the full journey: Lead programs from technology transfer through to commercial manufacturing and lifecycle management.
• Be the client expert: Build trusted relationships and act as a key technical partner to clients.
• Work end-to-end: Gain exposure across technology transfer, validation, manufacturing and process improvement.
• Turn science into action: Translate development work into robust manufacturing processes, SOPs and training.
• Drive real change: Identify and deliver improvements across GMP planning, execution and manufacturing performance.
• Lead across teams: Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality and technical teams to deliver complex programs.
• Make an impact: Shape better technical and business processes in a fast-paced CMO environment.
