Job Summary

AFB International is hiring a Manufacturing Technician I – Dry – B Crew (6 pm–6 am shift, alternating Saturdays and every other Wednesday). The role focuses on safely operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring quality control, logging production data, and packaging dry goods.

• Prioritize safety while setting up, operating, and monitoring machinery, performing adjustments, and troubleshooting minor issues to maintain smooth operations.
• Conduct rigorous quality control checks to uphold high standards.
• Accurately log production data, machine performance, and downtime for continuous improvement.
• Package dry goods with precision and care.
• Collaborate closely with teams to ensure seamless handoffs during shift changes and equipment repair.

• Reliability with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance.
• Production or manufacturing experience (food processing, manufacturing, warehousing, construction, or farming experience a plus).
• Ability to regularly lift 55 lbs and stand for extended periods during a 12‑hour shift in a semi‑dusty environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or successful completion of a company‑administered basic skills assessment.
• Must pass pre‑employment screens including background and drug screen.

Starting wage $20.00 + $1.50 night shift differential.
