This person will manage the daily responsibilities of the mill from 9:00 p.m - 5:30 a.m. They will strive to attain maximum operational effectiveness and efficiency inside the workplace. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policies.

- Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds)
- High School Diploma or GED (helpful)
- Agricultural experience (helpful)
- Mechanical experience (helpful)
- Background in feed or animal production (helpful)
- Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed)
