We are seeking Production Associates to join a 2nd shift production team in Fredericktown, Ohio.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned production duties independently or alongside team members under supervisory guidance.
- Handle materials used throughout the production process.
- Operate production equipment as assigned.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Perform basic quality checks on finished or in-process products.
- Pack products and provide general production support as needed.
- Follow all established safety procedures and safe work practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Positive, respectful, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a production environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand or remain in one work area for extended periods.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions.
- Ability to bend and twist throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
