Occupational Health & Safety, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
We are looking for a Safety Technician who will monitor and supervise work safety activities, seeking to ensure conditions that eliminate or reduce, to a minimum, the risks of incidents/accidents and occupational diseases, meeting and complying with regulatory standards/NRs and relevant legislation.
Job Title: Safety Technician
Location: Marston, MO
Shifts: Mon-Fri, mid-morning to evening
- Carry out safety audits/inspections aiming the reduction of potential hazards
- Inspects potentially hazardous equipment or facilities
- 2nd level of contact with plant leadership for consulting
- Deliver safety training programs
- Support Policies Development and implement safety programs
- Maintain records and documentation of all safety paperwork (Assessments, Audits, Investigations, Training, etc.)
- To organize First Aid/CPR training
- Work with supervisors and managers on safety procedures and concerns
- Help Safety KPIs monthly report preparation

- Incident/accident investigation
- Carry out safety audits/inspections aiming the reduction of potential hazards
- Evaluates personal protective equipment
- Inspects potentially hazardous equipment or facilities
- 2nd level of contact with plant leadership for consulting
- Risk identification
- Deliver safety training programs
- Support Policies Development and implement safety programs
- Maintain records and documentation of all safety paperwork (Assessments, Audits, Investigations, Training, etc.)
- To organize First Aid/CPR training
- Work with supervisors and managers on safety procedures and concerns
- Help Safety KPIs monthly report preparation
- High School or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as Safety Technician.
- OSHA compliance, injury/accident investigation (good record keeping)
- Good communication skills (to inform and train employees on various safety topics)
