Maintenance Technician

Elliot Industries (a Mac Lean Power Systems Company) is looking for a detail-focused team player who takes pride in building things the right way. If you like working with your hands and seeing the finished product, come together—this role is for you.

Starting Hourly Rate: $25.00

Opening available for 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday to Thursday, Friday as needed

• Assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical/electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshooting machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance.
• Performing general maintenance work on buildings as assigned.
• Reading, interpreting, and following instructions and operation manuals.
• Operating a variety of hand and power tools.
• Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
• Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
• Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Perform work under minimal supervision
• Handle basic issues and problems and refer to more complex issues to higher-level staff
• Working knowledge of mechanical / electrical maintenance
• 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
• Technical expertise
