The Machine Operator will operate and monitor production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to keep up with production demands, and a focus on producing quality products safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production machinery.
- Set up and make basic adjustments to equipment as needed.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Pack and organize finished products according to production requirements.
- Monitor machines for jams, malfunctions, or other production issues.
- Report equipment or quality concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Move and handle materials throughout the production area.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Follow all machine safety and production procedures.
- Assist with additional production duties as needed.
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
- Ability to learn machine setup and basic adjustments.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to repeatedly lift and handle materials weighing 50 lbs or more.
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
$18.00 per hour
