Responsibilities- Interpret technical blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate machine setup and operation.
- Optimize production output by monitoring equipment performance and proactively addressing mechanical bottlenecks.
- Maintain a rigorous safety-first environment by adhering to all industrial protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Record critical production metrics and data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and achieve daily production targets.
- Mentor junior staff on equipment operation, safety compliance, and standard operating procedures.
- Proven mechanical aptitude with a focus on troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation and blueprints.
- Strong foundational math and computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and quality control.
- Prior experience in a high-volume manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with specialized industrial machinery or automated control systems.
