• Assist with daily operations
  :
  Support teams, maintain tools/equipment, and ensure workflow continuity.
• Physical labor
  :
  Lift, load, unload, move materials, and set up work areas.
• Cleaning & maintenance
  :
  Clean work spaces, machinery, and public areas; perform routine inspections.
• Support skilled workers
  :
  Prepare tools, fetch materials, hold items in place, and assist technicians or machine operators.
• Operate basic tools/equipment
  :
  Use hand tools, power tools, pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and assist with machinery setup.
• Inventory tasks
  :
  Count, stock, receive shipments, and track supplies.
• Safety compliance
  :
  Follow safety protocols, use PPE, attend training, and report hazards.
• Record keeping
