We are seeking a
Machine Operator – Roll Former
to join our manufacturing team at our Saint Clair, Missouri facility. This is a
full-time position
offering consistent hours and opportunities to grow with a company that values

Operate roll-forming machinery to produce high-quality gutter and gutter guard components.

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following safety guidelines.

Document production metrics, including output and downtime.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Assist in routine maintenance of machinery and report issues as needed.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to consistently lift up to 40 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours.

Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to work effectively as part of a cohesive team.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
