Washfloor Operator – Industrial Laundry | Full-Time | Monday–FridayPrudential Overall Supply is hiring a Washfloor Operator to support our industrial laundry operations. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role working with large-scale washing equipment and heavy loads in a fast-paced production environment.
This is a full-time, non-seasonal position with consistent weekday hours.
No prior washfloor experience required—we provide hands-on training. Afternoon/night shift
- Load and unload industrial washing machines with heavy, wet garments and textiles
- Handle large sling loads following proper weight and wash formulas
- Operate washers according to established processing sequences
- Push, pull, and move loaded carts and materials throughout the washfloor
- Monitor chemical/detergent levels and report issues
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions
- Transport washed items to the next production stage
- Complete production tracking and basic documentation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety, HACCP, and company procedures
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy loads regularly
- Continuous standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
- Work in a hot, humid, and fast-paced industrial environment
- Ability to perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and willingness to perform hands-on, physical labor
- Ability to follow processes and safety guidelines
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

- Must be 18+ years old
