This is a physical, high-overtime role that offers a direct path into the Baker's Union after 90 days. For your first 3 months, your primary focus will be plant sanitation, shoveling bulk material, and using high-pressure air hoses to blow down equipment. • Days 1–45: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Thursday)
• Days 46–90: Day Schedule (5:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Thursday – Monday)
• Ongoing Rotation: After 90 days, you rotate between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts every 3 weeks.
