Responsibilities- Execute precise assembly of components by interpreting technical diagrams and standardized work instructions.
- Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to construct products while maintaining optimal equipment performance.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections to verify that all finished items align with internal specifications.
- Proactively identify and

* * potential material defects or mechanical malfunctions to maintain production flow. - Prepare finished goods for distribution by performing accurate packaging and labeling tasks.
- Uphold a high standard of workplace organization and safety compliance to foster an efficient production environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to follow complex written instructions and technical diagrams.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using manual and power tools.
- Proven track record of maintaining high quality control standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and manual dexterity.
- Reliable work ethic with a commitment to consistent attendance and team collaboration.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse setting.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Familiarity with inventory management or material handling processes.
