Looking for a steady 2nd shift or 3rd shift opportunity with a leading employer? Our client isseeking reliable and detail-oriented Inserter Operators to join their production team in Hazelwood, MO. This role offers hands‑on training, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do- Operate and monitor advanced inserting equipment manufactured by Pitney Bowes and Bluecrest
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot inserting machines
- Perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy of mailed materials
- Remove damaged or defective products from production
- Stage completed materials for warehouse pickup
- Adapt to changing production demands and priorities
- Experience using computers for data entry
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills
- Ability to stand for most of the shift (up to 95%)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. without assistance
- Ability to frequently bend, squat, kneel, climb, and reach overhead
