Production Team Member – Cannabis ManufacturingBlack Fox Manufacturing | Hawk Point, Missouri
Full-Time | $18/hour starting ? $19/hour after 90 days
Black Fox Manufacturing is a state-licensed marijuana manufacturing facility in Hawk Point, Missouri. We produce compliant, high-quality cannabis products for dispensaries across the state. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented people to join our production team.
What You'll Do- Produce pre-rolls, infused products, and other cannabis goods following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Weigh, fill, package, and label product accurately
- Keep production records and batch documentation complete and correct
- Support inventory tracking and state seed-to-sale (Metrc) compliance
- Keep work areas clean and sanitized, following GMP and safety standards
- Perform quality checks and report any issues to your supervisor
- Help with receiving, organizing, and moving materials as needed
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must obtain a Missouri Facility Agent (see below)
- Must pass a state background check
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
- Able to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and computer skills
Preferred (not required): manufacturing, food production, packaging, or cannabis industry experience.
Pay & Schedule- $18/hour starting pay
- $19/hour after successful completion of a 90-day introductory period
- Full-time, on-site at our Hawk Point facility
Every person who works inside a licensed marijuana facility in Missouri is required by the state to hold a Facility Agent issued by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, Division of Cannabis Regulation (DCR). You cannot begin work in the facility until your card is approved.

Cost & reimbursement: Candidates pay the Agent n fee and the fingerprint/background check fee up front.
If your Agent approved and you are hired, Black Fox Manufacturing will reimburse you for both fees.
