Production Manager
Specialty Granules LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to safely and economically produce roofing granules while driving a continuous improvement culture. You will lead and develop 5–20 direct reports and manage costs to meet the production plan.
The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and ability to coach staff. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving will be essential for driving efficiency and quality in a high-temperature, demanding environment.
