We’re working with a premier multi-platform media powerhouse and certified Great Place to Work on this exciting opportunity. We’re looking for a marketing rockstar to drive revenue through cutting‑edge Digital, Podcast, and Influencer advertising solutions across the Riverside region.
Take charge of a dynamic portfolio where you will craft winning strategies using SEO, SEM, and OTT/CTV to help small and medium‑sized businesses explode their market presence. This is a high‑energy role for a hunter who loves the intersection of traditional broadcast and modern digital media.
Role- Make a massive impact by prospecting and closing new business with local and regional partners through personalized multi‑platform advertising sales.
- Drive revenue growth by staying ahead of the curve on digital marketing trends, including Social Media, Email Marketing, and Podcast sponsor ships.
- Design and present tailored, high‑converting marketing proposals that integrate Radio, Digital, and high‑impact Event Marketing solutions.
- Crush monthly and annual sales targets while building deep, long‑term relationships with a diverse client base.
- Act as a strategic consultant for businesses, leveraging data‑driven insights to deliver measurable ROI for every campaign.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets within the Digital Media or Advertising landscape.
- Deep technical fluency in digital products: SEO, SEM, OTT/CTV, Influencer Marketing, and Podcast advertising platforms.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C‑suite stakeholders and business owners.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify client pain points and tailor technical marketing solutions that drive results.
- High level of self‑motivation and organization to manage a complex sales funnel in a fast‑paced environment.
