Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing and communications plans on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, aligned with business objectives and commercial priorities.
  • Lead and manage all digital platforms, including the website and landing pages, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and brand consistency.
  • Execute integrated marketing initiatives across social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.
  • Plan and implement monthly content calendars for the Hotel, Spa, Restaurants, and Lounges, ensuring timely, relevant, and on‑brand communication.
  • Produce high‑quality photo and video content that supports brand storytelling and positioning across all digital channels.
  • Lead the creative direction of all photo and video shoots, ensuring consistency with brand identity, visual standards, and messaging.
  • Define and guide the visual identity, art direction, and storytelling framework across all communication platforms.
  • Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and storyboards to support campaigns and content development.
  • Design and develop marketing materials, including digital assets and promotional collateral, utilizing tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Ensure consistency of visual identity and full adherence to Four Seasons brand standards across all touchpoints.
  • Ensure alignment between online storytelling and the on‑property guest experience, maintaining a seamless and elevated brand journey.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital performance across all platforms, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
  • Lead data‑driven decision‑making through analytics, insights, and benchmarking tools to continuously enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Translate performance insights into clear, actionable strategies and ongoing campaign optimization.
  • Actively manage the hotel’s online presence and reputation, engaging with guests and communities across all digital platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including F&B, Rooms, Spa, and Sales to support business initiatives and campaigns.
  • Maintain and update digital asset libraries, press materials, and online platforms.
  • Manage timelines, suppliers, and production processes for marketing and communication materials.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and ensure compliance with Four Seasons standards and values.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in digital marketing, or a related role, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, SEO, and PPC.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
