Job Overview
Adjunct faculty positions in the School of Business are offered on a term‑by‑term basis. Applicants must be local residents and will teach at the campus center. All appointments are face‑to‑face.
Eligibility & Requirements- Minimum degree:
Master’s in a relevant field; a Ph.D. or other terminal degree preferred. - At least five years of post‑secondary teaching experience.
- Must successfully complete an online Canvas LMS orientation course before the first term (additional department training may be required).
- Applicants must provide credentials in the ACBSP format.
- E‑Verify participation for all positions at all campus locations.
- Teach the following courses during scheduled term(s):

631 – Consumer Behavior - MKT
632 – Strategic Brand Management - MKT
633 – Digital and Social Media Marketing - MKT
634 – Strategic Marketing Simulation
MKT
631 – Consumer Behavior
Review behavioral science concepts relevant to understanding consumer behavior, including information processing, learning, memory, attitude formation, post‑purchase behavior, and ethical/social issues. Topics include internal and external factors that influence the consumer decision process.

632 – Strategic Brand Management
Study brand management through strategic program formulation, evaluation, and control of brand initiatives, emphasizing brand equity, customer development, brand strategy, and brand extension.

633 – Digital and Social Media Marketing
Provide theoretical and practical insights for integrating digital and social media into marketing mix. Topics cover search engine marketing, Google AdWords, analytics, social media platform evaluation, and measuring digital marketing impact.

634 – Strategic Marketing Simulation
Lead students in a group simulation to apply marketing concepts of production, distribution, branding, promotion, segmentation, targeting, pricing, and competition.
