Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Thought Leader II. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, technology, marketing)
• Proven experience as a thought leader or in a similar strategic role
• Strong knowledge and expertise in the industry, with a deep understanding of current trends, challenges, and opportunities
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and concepts
• Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to influence and inspire others
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively in a cross‑functional team environment
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Provide thought leadership and guidance in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives
• Conduct in-depth industry research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
• Stay up‑to‑date with market developments and analyze their potential impact on the organization
• Collate cross‑functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that drive business growth
• Develop thought leadership content, including articles, whitepapers, and presentations, to position the organization as an industry leader
• Present thought leadership findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the organization
• Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, influencers, and external partners
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their strategic thinking and thought leadership capabilities
