Responsibilities

  • Drive the paid media strategy for Paramount+ Original campaigns, partnering with the Program Marketing & Buying Teams from brief to measurement.
  • Ensure campaigns have cohesive go‑to‑market media strategies and help drive cross‑campaign alignment to fuel growth with full‑funnel media investment planning.
  • Manage the media agency with media budgets, timelines, audience work, and related tasks.
  • Partner with collaborators across the marketing team to translate marketing strategies into tangible media activations.
  • Coordinate, plan, and measure Owned + Operated media across Paramount.
  • Build deep relationships with key media partners to maximize investment, ad formats, testing, and learning opportunities.
  • Contribute to a culture of sharing best practices, creating actionable and easily interpreted reporting in collaboration with the agency and analytics team to uncover media and creative performance insights.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years relevant work experience in media strategy at a brand or agency
  • Previous media/entertainment/streaming experience preferred
  • Proficiency in the digital space and ability to make data‑driven decisions and recommendations
  • Forward‑thinking, detail‑oriented, accountable, and enthusiastic
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
  • Experience working in highly cross‑functional, matrixed organizations with a natural collaborative spirit
  • Ability to adapt rapidly in an agile environment with shifting priorities—balance the needs of cross‑functional teams, reacting quickly, dynamically, and intelligently
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Proven initiator who can control multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Experience building decks for executive‑level audiences and external partners
  • Skill in building decks and synthesizing strategy and plans for various audiences
