- Lead the marketing and client development activities for assigned practice group(s)
- Develop and execute marketing and business development plans
- Act as a thought leader on marketing best practices
- Collaborate with marketing department and stakeholders on strategies and tactics
- Manage the marketing budget for assigned practice group(s)
- Supervise marketing staff and ensure execution of marketing plan priorities
- Oversee the execution of winning responses to RFP/RFIs
- Develop and execute thought leadership activities
- Monitor clients, industry trends, and business climate
- 7+ years applicable experience in the field with 2+ years of exempt/management experience in relevant roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Demonstrated computer literacy with working knowledge of iManage and other firm applications
- Ability to work extended and/or weekend hours, as required
- Ability to travel, as required
- Bachelor's Degree (Advanced preferred)
