AVP, Acquisitions and Engagement Manager

• Manage, implement, and measure marketing initiatives that drive in-store new applications and account acquisitions

• Collaborate with Lifecycle Leader to execute PLCC lifecycle campaigns

• Lead in-store acquisition testing and measurement in partnership with Analytics

• Partner with Lifecycle, Loyalty, Digital, and Field teams for acquisition enhancements

• Maintain campaign tracking and results documentation across Acquisition and Lifecycle

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Digital related field OR high school diploma/GED + 4+ years Marketing experience
• At least two years of marketing or related experience preferably in credit card or financial services
• At least two years of strong project management experience
• Ability to travel as needed (~20%)

Demonstrates expertise in managing and implementing marketing initiatives, with a focus on in-store applications and account acquisitions. Strong project management skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and executing lifecycle campaigns effectively.
