Responsibilities
- Lead consumer and market intelligence for the GLAD Business Unit
- Serve as insights integrator for the BU, offering strategic thought partnership to leadership
- Ensure the business has a 360 degree view of consumer and marketplace dynamics
- Grow and leverage BU Knowledge Base, develop and direct Learning Plan
- Connect the BU and central Insights teams, promoting two-way knowledge flow and best practices
- 10+ years of market research experience
- Experience in CPG/FMCG categories strongly preferred
- Broad and deep research expertise across brand, innovation, shopper, product and competitive intelligence
- Broad experience across the full range of market research methodologies (qual & quant), data and vendors
- Strong record of partnership with senior business stakeholders across Marketing, Sales and R&D
