Manager, Lifecycle Marketing

• Develop and lead the execution of Brand email strategy
• Partner with the broader Growth Marketing team
• Own the strategy and governance of our owned digital video inventory
• Partner with Analytics, Product, and Digital teams
• Brief in creative partners
• Establish clear success metrics and measurement frameworks
• Lead a test-and-learn agenda

• 3-5 years' relevant experience in lifecycle marketing
• Proven track record of building and scaling multi-channel lifecycle programs
• Deep expertise in segmentation, personalization, and experimentation methodologies
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into compelling narratives
• Proactive self-starter, comfortable moving projects forward independently
• Test and learn mindset
• Highly collaborative with both internal and external partners
• AI fluency and prompting skills
• Familiarity with Iterable, Hightouch, and/or similar enterprise CRM platforms is a plus.

Demonstrates expertise in developing and executing brand email strategies, with a strong focus on lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalization. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage analytics to drive effective marketing initiatives.
