The Administrative Creative Assistant supports the daily operations of the Creative Department while bringing an extremely organized, detail oriented, entrepreneurial spirit. The role blends high‑level administrative support with hands‑on creative execution, marketing coordination, and visual merchandising assistance. The ideal candidate has a strong artistic sensibility, thrives in both administrative and creative environments, and can multitask under pressure while maintaining a positive, success‑driven attitude.
WhatYou Will Do
- Coordinate day‑to‑day administrative operations of the Creative Department, including scheduling, travel, and organization.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio.
- Field, process, and track yardage requests or transfer orders for Creative and Marketing teams: photoshoots, press, visual displays.
- Assist in sourcing and coordinating the procurement of props, materials and fabrications required for photoshoots, trade shows and events.
- Provide admin support to marketing by curating user‑generated content from social media for website integration, event support and press tracking.
- On‑site support with photoshoots.
- Work closely with the Sr. Display & Merchandise Manager on creative project schemes for lookbooks, showroom displays, trade shows, marketing campaigns and events by assisting with fabric selection and material sourcing.
- Assist with crafting and creating items used in window display installations, and support the set‑up and installation of window displays in showrooms, trade shows, and representative showrooms worldwide.
- Maintain an organized and detailed library of props within the creative studio.
- Other duties as assigned by Senior Management.
- Degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant, Creative Assistant or similar role.
- Experience in interiors, design, fashion, or creative industries (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Familiarity with design programs (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, or similar 3D/rendering tools) a plus.
- Experience managing digital content platforms or social media tools preferred.
- Ability to learn internal systems such as Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Clear and professional communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
