We're looking for a Brand & Marketing Specialist to own our marketing end to end — the person who turns what we do into a brand people recognize and trust. This is a hands‑on role with real ownership. You won't be one cog in a large department; you'll be

* marketing voice, partnering directly with our VP of Sales, CEO, and Research team to bring products to market and tell their story clearly.

• Build and run our marketing strategy, from big-picture brand to day‑to‑day campaigns
• Create content across channels — newsletters, web, social, and advertising
• Produce visual content (design, photography, video) to support our brand and products
• Manage our social media and digital presence
• Plan our presence at trade shows and industry events
• Partner with Sales on campaigns that drive real revenue
• Track what's working and refine as you go

• 2+ years of marketing experience with hands‑on ownership of campaigns and content (more senior candidates encouraged — this role carries real scope)
• Strong writing and a good eye for design; comfort creating visual and basic video content yourself or coordinating it with vendors
• The ability to take technical or research‑driven product info and make it clear and compelling for customers
• Comfort working independently and juggling priorities
• Bonus: experience in agriculture, horticulture, or a related field — or the curiosity to learn it fast
• Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related preferred (equivalent experience welcome)
