* Part time position – 20 hours/week

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Sales & Marketing Collateral Specialist to assist with the creation, administration, and management of sales and marketing collateral for our new service offerings. This role will support both internal and external marketing efforts and ensure that all content is effectively published and utilized. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to analyse and improve content adoption.

• Support the creation of internal sales & marketing services collateral for Sales team, partners and customers.
• Publish external sales & marketing collateral, including Data Sheets and Customer Presentations, through the company’s internal Welcome process.
• Curate and add new customer-facing collateral to the Sales Portal.

• Proven experience in sales and marketing collateral creation and management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyse content performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong organisational and project management skills is a plus.

Compensation: $63.00 - $84.50 per hour
