About the Role:

The Marketing & Growth Manager is a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives that support advisor growth, client engagement, recruiting, affiliation, succession planning, and business development. This individual serves as the central hub connecting leadership, financial advisors, operations, compliance, and external marketing partners to ensure projects move from concept to successful execution. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support advisor growth, client engagement, recruiting, affiliation, succession planning, and business development initiatives.
  • Manage firm-wide marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, website, and print channels.
  • Coordinate webinars, educational workshops, client appreciation events, recruiting events, conferences, and advisor presentations from planning through post-event follow-up.
  • Partner with financial advisors and firm leadership to transform technical expertise into compelling marketing content, educational resources, presentations, and campaigns.
  • Oversee website content, SEO initiatives, AI-driven search optimization, analytics, and digital marketing performance.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, vendors, designers, writers, and technology partners.
  • Maintain and optimize marketing automation, CRM workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing processes.
  • Utilize AI tools to improve content creation, workflow efficiency, campaign development, research, analytics, and productivity.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects while ensuring adherence to compliance and brand standards.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend improvements based on measurable results.
  • Support advisor recruiting initiatives through targeted campaigns, employer branding, career marketing, and recruiting events.
  • Assist with marketing efforts supporting mergers, acquisitions, succession planning, and advisor affiliation opportunities.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in marketing, communications, project management, business development support, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while coordinating across advisors, leadership, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, email marketing, CRM workflows, marketing automation, and AI-powered productivity tools.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work effectively within established compliance and regulatory approval processes.
  • Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and modern collaboration platforms.

Preferred

Skills:

  • Financial services, wealth management, insurance, banking, or other highly regulated industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with Word Press, FMG Suite, Snappy Kraken, Canva, Redtail CRM, Zoom Webinar, Linked In Campaign Manager, or similar marketing platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AI-driven search behavior, and content optimization strategies.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms to improve productivity and marketing effectiveness.
  • Experience supporting client events, webinars, educational programs, recruiting initiatives, or integrated marketing campaigns.
