Select Drink Inc is looking for a driven and creative Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Hazelwood, MO! • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth
• Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and direct marketing.
• Oversee content creation, brand messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all platforms
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts
• Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
• Lead product launches, promotional events, and trade show activations

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the fountain beverage, food & beverage distribution
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing platform including AI content creation
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM software
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
• Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and strong attention to detail
