The Educational Content Manager is Inflection's editorial authority and expert network curator for a defined set of health topics. They are the person who finds the right clinicians and researchers, earns their trust, and keeps those relationships warm over time. The role is a hybrid of managing editor, field researcher, and content strategist.

About Inflection

Inflection builds educational video courses for life's most challenging moments. Our products (FertilityIQ, MenopauseIQ, SensitivityIQ, DivorceIQ, ElderCareIQ, and End of LifeIQ) are licensed by a blue‑chip list of Fortune 500 employers and are localized in 70+ countries.

The Role

You will own FertilityIQ, MenopauseIQ, and SensitivityIQ, three distinct but related products within the women's health space. You will be a domain expert (or become one quickly), identifying the right experts, asking the right questions, and translating complex information into clear, structured content for a lay audience.

What You'll Do
  • Own the content pipeline across FertilityIQ, MenopauseIQ, and SensitivityIQ – review existing content for accuracy, flag outdated material, and develop new content when warranted.
  • Build and maintain an expert network – recruit and vet new contributors, stay in regular contact with established ones, and prepare for expert interviews.
  • Stay current in your fields – track research, monitor clinical developments, and act on significant advances.
  • Work directly with video production – refine the accuracy, clarity, and structure of existing educational content; develop supplemental materials such as checklists, summaries, and cost guides.
  • Partner with the Client Services team on webinar development and execution in your subject areas, including topic development, deck creation/review, and co‑presenting.
  • Attend conferences and video shoots (2–3 times a year, domestic and occasionally international) to extend the expert network and produce new content.
  • Serve as an internal subject‑matter resource for sales and client materials, synthesizing feedback to inform content decisions.
What You Bring
  • Familiarity with women's health – preferably reproductive health, fertility, or menopause – through clinical training, journalism, research, or adjacent experience.
  • The ability to read and interpret clinical data, work directly with experts, and translate complex information for a lay audience.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with experience in educational scripts, curricula, or long‑form content.
  • Natural relationship‑building; genuine enjoyment of engaging with leading experts and maintaining those relationships.
  • Comfort with or curiosity about AI‑assisted research and content workflows.
  • Initiative – you proactively identify next steps and move toward problems rather than waiting for assignments.
  • Adaptability – able to handle shifting needs and evolving roles in a small team.
  • Experience with international or multicultural content is a strong plus.
