Account Executive

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS/

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

The responsibility of the Enterprise Account Executive (AE) is to generate new and incremental revenue streams by developing advertising and marketing strategies for clients. This role will operate as both a hunter and manager of new accounts. While aggressive budget quotas will be in place, the main focus of the AE is to nurture, grow and create success for 3131 Media Solutions’ clients.

The AE will prioritize quality over quantity, establishing clear and concise expectations, and building trust beyond the sale.

The book of business cultivated by the AE will be theirs to manage as they see fit, with minimal oversight.

Thusly, integrity and trustworthiness are non-negotiable. This position is commission-based, with a base salary commensurate with experience.

• Identifies prospects using data and intuition to develop a unique selling proposition.
• Manages a prospect list to include updates and progress reports.
• Develops and oversees marketing and advertising strategies to launch new products and initiatives by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
• Understands client budgets and commission markups to maintain precise projections, billing, and invoicing.
• Negotiates contracts on clients’ behalf to ensure best rates and placement.
• Enables execution of all marketing and advertising platforms to include, but not limited to: PPC, SEO, Targeted Email, Social Media Advertising/Management, OTT/CTV, Onboarding Automation, Video and Digital Production, Copywriting, Broadcast TV and Radio, Podcasting, Event Planning, Print and Direct Mail.
• Measures all marketing and advertising placement to ensure effective and accurate delivery and produces timely, detailed reporting to clients.
• Maintains a high level of proficiency in data mining and uses data analysis to help maximize profitability, optimize ROI, and guide marketing decisions.

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in advertising or B2B sales. Preferably with a digital focus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or equivalent work or educational experience
• Documented track record of exceeding budgets.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing/optimization platforms including (but not excluded to) SEM (Google Ads, Microsoft Search), SEO, and tracking software;
  Advanced Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Display, and Search Certification preferred.
• Proven experience in creating, leading, and measuring social media, marketing automation, and other digital campaigns.
• Strong and confident communicator with excellent people skills.
