This position exists to serve as a strategic marketing partner to Willis Knighton physicians and their practices. Responsible for engaging directly with medical providers to assess their unique services and specialties and for building comprehensive marketing roadmaps that maximize brand exposure. Translates a physician's clinical goals into multichannel marketing campaigns spanning print, social media, television, radio, billboards, and emerging digital strategies.

Once a strategy is established, the candidate will collaborate with the internal Willis Knighton marketing team to execute the plan through high-impact design, consistent brand imagery, and targeted promotion. Works cooperatively with physicians, practice managers, and marketing staff to deepen engagement within the existing patient catchment community and drive recruitment of new patients.

Key Responsibilities Physician Engagement and Strategy Development
  • Consults directly with physicians and practice managers to understand clinical specialties
  • Develops customized, data-driven marketing roadmaps and growth strategies for specific service lines
  • Identifies unique value propositions for individual practices to differentiate them in the market
  • Establishes clear key performance indicators (KPIs) for each physician's marketing plan
Multi-Channel Campaign Planning
  • Designs comprehensive omnichannel campaigns to maximize provider exposure
  • Utilizes traditional media including television, radio, print, and billboards
  • Leverages digital platforms including social media, targeted web interfaces, and email
  • Explores and pilots new, innovative marketing technologies and exposure strategies
Internal Collaboration And Execution
  • Briefs the internal Willis Knighton marketing team on approved physician strategies
  • Collaborates with graphic designers, web developers, and content creators to build campaign assets
  • Ensures all promotional materials align with Willis Knighton brand, image, and compliance standards
  • Manages project timelines to ensure campaign deliverables are launched on schedule
Community Growth and Patient Recruitment
  • Analyzes regional catchment demographics to optimize targeted promotional efforts
  • Deploys retention marketing strategies to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing patients
  • Executes patient recruitment campaigns to capture new market share and increase practice volumes
  • Tracks campaign performance data to refine outreach tactics continuously

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare, or a related field
  • Four or more years of experience in healthcare marketing, account management, or physician relations
  • Maintains professional certification as applicable
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate in both written and verbal forms
  • Work with individuals using a multidisciplined approach
Training, Skills, Knowledge, And/Or Experience
  • Proven track record of building and executing multichannel marketing roadmaps
  • Strong working knowledge of print, television, radio, billboard, and digital and social media advertising
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with medical providers
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects with creative and technical teams
  • Knowledge of healthcare marketing compliance, brand standards, and regulatory considerations
  • Data management and analysis
