- Contribute to innovation and growth for Thermo Fisher Scientific's market-leading product portfolios
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle management, from strategy development through commercialization and optimization
- Partner with R&D, operations, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams in a global matrix organization

- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D. preferred) in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related life science discipline
- Proven success in product lifecycle management, from concept through commercialization
- 5+ years of experience in flow cytometry, with demonstrated expertise in spectral flow cytometry, conventional flow cytometry, or cell sorting
- Hands-on experience operating flow cytometers and/or cell sorters in research, core laboratory, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical environments
- Experience with product management, marketing, scientific applications, field applications, technical sales, or commercial support within the life sciences industry
- Strong understanding of multicolor panel design, fluorophore selection, compensation, spectral unmixing, and experimental workflow optimization
- Proven ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and commercial strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience engaging scientific customers, key opinion leaders, and commercial teams
- Experience developing and executing product launch strategies and go-to-market plans
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Power Point
- Project management skills to coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives
- Customer-centric mindset with deep understanding of market dynamics
- Up to 30% travel required, including international
- Knowledge of relevant scientific/technical domain preferred for specific product lines
- Understanding of quality and regulatory requirements for applicable markets
