Vice President, Channel Marketing Manager

• Develop and implement integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business and firmwide growth objectives.
• Design and execute multi-year marketing plans supporting key client segments and distribution priorities.
• Own client segmentation and audience strategy, using insights and analytics to inform targeting, personalization, and marketing investment optimization.
• Lead integrated marketing programs driving awareness, engagement, and conversion across the client lifecycle.
• Partner with sales leadership and client-facing teams to translate business needs into actionable marketing strategies.
• Coordinate Digital, Events, Content, Creative, Analytics, and other partners to deliver cohesive client experiences.
• Localize and activate broader marketing campaigns for regional relevance and effectiveness.
• Leverage data, analytics, marketing technology, and automation to measure performance and improve efficiency and scale.
• Refine strategies and campaigns using performance data, client feedback, and market insights.
• Drive adoption of innovative tools, technologies, and ways of working.
• Manage and prioritize a dynamic portfolio of initiatives.
• Support sales teams with relevant, timely, and effective marketing resources.
• Ensure marketing activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements in partnership with Compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in asset management or financial services marketing.
• Strong knowledge of intermediary, institutional, and/or advisor client segments.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital, content, event, paid media, and sales enablement channels.
• Proven success partnering with sales teams to drive commercial outcomes.
• Experience leveraging data, marketing technology, and automation to enhance channel marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
• Genuine interest in applying innovative tools, including AI, to improve campaign performance and scalability.
• Deep understanding of client investment needs and decision-making processes.
• Knowledge of investment products (e.g., Models, Alternatives, Municipals, SMAs, ETFs) preferred.
• Strong digital marketing, campaign management, and performance measurement capabilities.
• Familiarity with marketing and project management platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, Seismic).
• Agile marketing experience is desirable.

Possesses strong knowledge of financial services marketing and client investment needs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
