We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Website & Marketing Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and marketing of our websites across five locations. The primary responsibility of this role will be keeping our websites accurate, current, and visually appealing by uploading and maintaining product images, descriptions, and other product information.

The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, dependable, creative, and highly detail-oriented. Experience with Adobe Illustrator and/or Epicor is highly preferred. You should enjoy working with websites and digital content, have a strong visual eye, and be comfortable handling a large volume of product information. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who can take ownership of keeping our five websites accurate, professional, up to date, and visually engaging.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain website content for five locations.
  • Upload new products, product images, descriptions, specifications, and other relevant information.
  • Ensure product information is accurate, consistent, and up to date across all websites.
  • Edit, resize, format, and optimize product images for web use.
  • Create and update website banners, graphics, promotional materials, and other visual content as needed.
  • Use Adobe Illustrator to edit and prepare graphics and product imagery.
  • Coordinate product updates and website changes across multiple locations.
  • Regularly review websites for outdated information, missing images, errors, or formatting issues.
  • Assist with promotions, seasonal updates, new product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and visual presentation across all locations.
  • Assist with basic search engine optimization, including product titles, descriptions, image optimization, and other website content.
  • Monitor website presentation and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Work with management and location teams to gather accurate product information and ensure timely website updates.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous experience in website management, e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new website platforms and software.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator strongly preferred.
  • Experience editing and preparing images for websites and digital platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to catch errors or inconsistencies.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage product information across multiple locations while maintaining consistency.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Creative eye for design, layout, photography, and branding.
Preferred Experience

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

  • E-commerce platforms and website content management systems
  • Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Cloud programs
  • Epicor
  • SEO and digital marketing
  • Email marketing and social media
  • Google Analytics or similar website analytics tools
