GOLFJOY is a growing global golf technology company specializing in golf simulators, launch monitors, and golf simulation solutions. As we continue expanding our presence in the North American market, we are looking for an experienced Golf Marketing & Partnerships Manager who understands both the golf industry and the North American consumer market.
This is not a traditional desk-based marketing position. We are looking for someone who lives and understands golf, knows how the golf industry works, can create and recognize compelling content, and has the ability to build meaningful relationships with people and organizations across the industry.
The right candidate will play an important role in helping GOLFJOY strengthen its brand presence, develop new partnerships, create compelling golf content, and take our North American marketing efforts to the next level.
Key Responsibilities Golf Content & Media Production- Support the planning, filming, and production of high-quality golf-related content for social media and other relevant platforms.
- Participate in on-location filming at golf courses, simulator facilities, tournaments, trade shows, events, partner locations, and customer sites.
- Work closely with internal and external content teams, creators, golfers, and partners to develop engaging product and brand stories.
- Identify emerging content trends within the North American golf community and turn them into actionable content opportunities.
- Understand what types of golf content perform well with U.S. and Canadian audiences, including product reviews, golf challenges, technology demonstrations, player stories, educational content, entertainment, and lifestyle content.
- Help develop creative concepts that make GOLFJOY products and technology easy to understand, exciting, and relevant to golfers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with golf courses, golf clubs, PGA professionals, instructors, golf organizations, brands, retailers, distributors, resellers, influencers, athletes, and other industry stakeholders.
- Identify and develop potential strategic partnerships that can increase GOLFJOY's visibility and market reach.
- Represent GOLFJOY professionally at golf tournaments, trade shows, industry events, demonstrations, and partner meetings.
- Develop long-term relationships rather than focusing only on individual campaigns or transactions.
- Work closely with potential distributors and resellers to understand their businesses, identify opportunities, and support partnership development.
- Explore opportunities for co-marketing, sponsor ships, events, content collaborations, product demonstrations, and other partnership initiatives.
- Help GOLFJOY strengthen its position and brand recognition in the North American golf market.
- Monitor competitors and other golf technology brands to identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages.
- Understand the preferences, purchasing behavior, expectations, and culture of different customer segments within the golf industry.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to help GOLFJOY improve its marketing strategy, messaging, positioning, and content.
- Identify new opportunities for GOLFJOY to enter communities, events, organizations, and networks that can accelerate brand awareness and business growth.
- Work closely with the sales and business development teams to turn marketing relationships and opportunities into measurable business results.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, R&D, and regional teams to ensure market feedback is communicated effectively.
- Provide feedback from golfers, partners, distributors, resellers, and industry professionals to help improve products and marketing strategies.
- Support sales teams with content, demonstrations, partner introductions, and market intelligence when needed.
- Coordinate with international teams while maintaining a strong understanding of North American market needs.
Required:
- 5+ years of professional experience in the golf industry, preferably in golf technology, golf equipment, golf retail, golf media, golf courses, golf simulation, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the North American golf industry and golf culture.
- Ability to play golf is required. You should understand the game beyond simply being familiar with golf terminology.
