• Support the day-to-day execution of social media campaigns across content, community, and influencer initiatives, including maintaining content calendars and tracking campaign assets.
• Schedule and publish daily content across social media platforms while coordinating creative assets with internal cross-functional teams.
• Support community moderation, fan engagement, user-generated content review, creator permissions, and content approval for publication.
• Coordinate influencer marketing operations, including product sampling, inventory and shipment fulfillment, outreach, communications, payments, and campaign documentation.
• Assist with sweepstakes fulfillment, campaign reporting, creative brainstorming, and administrative activities that support engagement, traffic, and sales.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, with approximately one year of experience in social media, brand marketing, digital marketing, or a related area.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications; experience with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign preferred.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and platform insights, along with strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate across teams while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and willingness to work occasional nights or weekends and travel as business needs require.

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by Work Genius.
